Are your products handmade?
Yes. All Be Still Haus items are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Do you take custom or personalized orders?
Yes. We accept a limited number of custom and personalized orders depending on our current production schedule. Share your idea, preferred design and timeline, and we’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a quote.

What are your shipping options and timelines?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. If you need a rush order, reach out before purchasing so we can confirm availability.
